To apply as a vendor for the 2023 Arusha Christmas Fair:

1. Read the EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT

2. Submit the VENDOR APPLICATION FORM below.  By submitting this form, you agree to the terms outlined in the Exhibitor Agreement.

Your application will be reviewed by the event committee and a response returned within 5-7 business days.  Please note, we aim to select a wide range of unique products that cannot be found in the local curio shops, so please ensure your product pictures showcase what is special about your line.  If you would like to submit more than 3 product pictures, please email them to info@arushafair.com.

Approval does not guarantee your participation.  You must be paid in full no later than Oct 15 to receive confirmation and a tent assignment, depending upon space availability at the time of payment.  The earlier you confirm with payment, the more options you will have for selecting your location.
